Moudou Baqui AKA Justin Petty was the leader of the 2021 Prop E Amendment for Decriminalization in Detroit. He has over 2 decades of advocacy and education and application of scared plant medicines, and is the co-chair of the Detroit Psychedelic Society member of the MICH initiative for statewide decriminalization.
